The event took place on 27th November at Dr Sathish Devadoss' office at Devadoss Hospital, Madurai. 

Both Dr Devadoss and Mr. Desai play active role in social organisations and industry bodies. Dr Sathish Devadoss is the Convenor of Healcare Panel, Confederation of Indian Industry, Tamilnadu, and the President of Association of Healthcare Providers of India - Tamilnadu Chapter. Mr. Ashwin Desai is the Convenor, Task Force on ICT, CII - Madurai, and a Committee Member, Telemedicine Society of India - Tamil Nadu.
